I couldn't be happier with the service. My HVAC randomly went out on me, and they were able to get a technician out to Buckhead for me in a timely way, and Jon was awesome. He was friendly and made it really easy for me to understand what was going on, even though I'm a noob with this stuff. He went above and beyond checking my humidity levels and investigating all my vents and even attempted to climb my wall like spider man at one point to make it all work out. I felt like he was personally invested in making sure everything was operating correctly before he left. Big thanks!
Remington came to clean my condenser and do some general repair to my unit today. They did an excellent job and we now have cool air at a decent flow rate.
