Remington came out to give me a 2nd opinion after we were told our unit will not work by another company. He got it up and running in no time! My cat even loves him and my cat never likes anyone. If I could, id give American Comfort 10 STARS!!

Thomas was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and came prepared. He had reviewed the history of our unit so he came with the info at hand to understand the job. Gave us recommendations on our filter and offered other products that would make our unit live longer. Thank you, great job!

Akeem Lawrence did a great job installing our three dampers. It was such a tight fit, I honestly don't know how he got to that nook of my attic. Professional, polite, perfect work. Even cleaned up after himself (and the others before him). Great job!!!!!
