We really appreciated Thomas coming to our house as quickly as he could. A person with a dire emergency delayed his arrival, but we understood and were kept aware of what to expect and when. He very quickly assessed our situation and and checked all possibilities , taking pictures as he worked to show us what was going on. A very competent and pleasant young man. In fact we signed up for periodic checks.
American Comfort provided awesome service. They responded the same evening we requested service - which was done through Old Republic home warranty insurance- and a technician was here by noon of the next day. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and friendly. Couldn't have asked for better! Highly recommend

I had the best experience with American Comfort. The original technician Kyle walked me through the problem and provided me several options. He was very knowledgeable of the equipment and recent changes to the industry that affected the equipment and warranties. Once we determined we needed a replacement unit Lewis was very helpful in coordinating and getting us on schedule. Finally Ryan and Damon came out to install the new equipment and were very professional and quiet and I barely knew they were here. They then walked me through the changes and what they had done. I highly recommend American Comfort.
Fast and excellent service. Solved the problem with my AC. Ricky, my technician, was amazing. I'm now set up for regular service. Awesome choice!!
Our A/C went out mid day with temperatures in the 90's. Within approx 2 hrs, Ricardo was here ready to began work. I was impressed with how he represented the company. He was polite, professional and honest. We are fairly new to this area and have had several bad actors come through and try to scam us. Unfortunately, a few HVAC companies we tried prior were the main bad actors. Ricardo explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Once we agreed to the repair, he had our unit running in no time. I will undoubtedly use American Comfort again and will also recommend them to anyone in need.
Responsive and professional. John Morgan was efficient and personable. He had the part needed on his truck and repaired our AC is record time! I can't remember the last time any repair/service person had the needed part ready and available. ????
