Great Company and Very Professional...
Because of previous QUALITY service, I signed up for the twice-a-year plan - check both the a/c and the heater in the spring and fall, changing the filter both times. This time, an 8 year old capacitor was failing; it was replaced and the heater checked out just fine. Preventive maintenance is peace of mind! Thank you, Jason and American Comfort!
Huge project and efficiently and thoroughly executed. We know it was an extremely busy time of year and they got to us as quickly as they could. Once here, the tech was obviously a highly trained and experienced professional and got us back up and running before the day was out. We are very happy with this company. They also provide us with an annual maintenance service plan and we've used them for years.
