Prompt, Proficient and Professional!
Thomas was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and came prepared. He had reviewed the history of our unit so he came with the info at hand to understand the job. Gave us recommendations on our filter and offered other products that would make our unit live longer. Thank you, great job!
So far our installation and service has been very good, and when there was a problem, it was remedied quickly. Our 2 mini-split systems have been in for about 2 years. Very satisfied.
John was professional, utilized the shoe covers when entering our home, showed us pictures of, and explained everything well.

Akeem Lawrence did a great job installing our three dampers. It was such a tight fit, I honestly don't know how he got to that nook of my attic. Professional, polite, perfect work. Even cleaned up after himself (and the others before him). Great job!!!!!
