They replaced a Mini-Split system in my house. I was very happy with the entire experience from the initial quote to the work being scheduled and complete. The tech that came to do the quote was able to come out quickly and did a great job explaining my options and the cost associated with each. I really appreciated the upfront approach and didn't feel like I was being sold on a specific option. The install ended up being a bit more involved than everyone originally expected (problems hidden in the wall) but the techs went above and beyond to do the job the right way and fix problems. They communicated well and were happy to explain my options and work with me to make the install look great. Overall I'm happy with the work completed and the people I worked with. Happy to use them again.
