We had our house flood damaging the HVAC system (units and ductwork). Everything had to be replaced. American Comfort did a great job and their price was competitive and fair. Given the extent of the project, there were a lot of trips involved over a long period of time. They were with me throughout the process not only helping us at the home but also helped me work with the city to get the city's permitting and inspection concerns addressed in a timely manner. Big thank to Phillip and his team for all the help.
I have an old unit . They tried to help me the best they could with the most I could spend. Explained thoroughly what they did and what I needed. First time I used them and I will use them again.
The team at American Comfort are very professional and responsive. Lost power over last weekends heat wave and they got me up and running and provided additional prevention suggestion that would protect the life of my system. AAA+

Showed up on time and had the problem fixed quickly.
Chris answered the phone and personally delivered repair service the same day. Customer service went above and beyond to fix my AC unit that went out over night. I contacted them around 9am. Chris was to my house by 12noon to determine the capacitor was failing, has the part on his truck, replaced it and cold air was blowing through the house by 2:00.
Showed up quickly and was very responsive. The technician, Trevor, was damn good and professional Thanks.
