American Comfort installed upstairs and downstairs units (air handler + condensor) along with duct work three or four years ago at my home. Last summer (2024), the upstairs unit started to shut off due to the lower condensation pan filling up. American Comfort continually and promptly sent out technicians to attempt to find root cause to fix my issue. After many visits, they sent a more senior technician, Leo, who identified a bad coil configuration with improper upper condensation pan coverage. Fingers crossed, but after three days it seems to have fixed my problem. I am writing this review because I commend American Comfort for sticking with me and my problem. They were helpful and gracious throughout the experience. Many companies would have given up on a customer, but they wanted to work with us to make it right and hold up their warranty. Much appreciation. Highly recommend them and Leo.
