By participating in the "Oldest AC in the Community" Contest ("Contest"), entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before entering.

The Contest is sponsored by American Comfort Heating and Cooling ("Sponsor"), located at 278 Nunnally Rd, Winder, GA 30680
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
The AC unit submitted must be installed at the participant’s primary residence, is owner occupied, and within a 40 mile radius of American Comfort Heating and Cooling located at 278 Nunnally Rd, Winder, GA 30680.
Participant’s must schedule a Confirmation Visit with an American Comfort Heating and Cooling employee to verify unit age and location.
Employees of American Comfort Heating and Cooling, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participants must comply with Facebook’s Contest Policies.
Limit one entry per household.

Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To confirm eligibility and determine the oldest HVAC unit:
American Comfort Heating and Cooling technicians will verify that the AC system:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to enter
- Is located at the entrant’s primary place of residence.
- Is installed and matches the age submitted.
- Falls within a 40 mile radius of American Comfort Heating and Cooling located at 278 Nunnally Rd, Winder, GA 30680
Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification.
PRIZE
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a brand-new AC replacement system free of charge, including installation by American Comfort Heating and Cooling, that is appropriately sized for the home, up to a 5 ton, 14 seer system.
The approximate value of the replacement system depends on the specific unit required, but the prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or exchanged.
Winner must allow installation to occur within 90 days of verification. The new AC system must be installed by American Comfort Heating and Cooling.
If any part of the home needs to be brought up to code for the new system to be installed there will be additional costs.
SECOND CHANCE PRIZE
There will be Second Chance drawing for a $6500 credit towards a new HVAC system.
All confirmed entries will be equivalent to (1) entry into the second chance drawing.
Additional entries will be granted as follows:
- $39 Tune-Up (per system) – 2 entries per system in which a Tune-Up is purchased and performed
- $99 USA Club (per system) – 10 entries for the first system and 5 entries for each additional system in which a membership is purchased and a maintenance is performed on.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The Grand Prize winner will be determined by American Comfort Heating and Cooling based on the age of the AC system, verified through on-site inspection.
In the event of a tie, the earliest entry (based on submission time) will be declared the winner.
The Grand Prize & Second Chance winner will be announced via Live Facebook stream on October 31, 2025 at 11am, EST.
Winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided (phone, email, Facebook or website submission).
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, an alternate winner may be selected.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering the Contest, participants:
Grant American Comfort Heating and Cooling, permission to use their submitted photo, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
Grant American Comfort Heating and Cooling, permission to film, photograph, and use all captured media for promotional purposed without compensation.
Acknowledge that Facebook is not associated with or responsible for this Contest.
Agree to release and hold harmless American Comfort Heating and Cooling, its affiliates, and Facebook from any claims arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
GENERAL RULES
American Comfort Heating and Cooling reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or submits false information.
Entries containing inappropriate or offensive content will be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, misconduct, or factors beyond its control.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for Contest fulfillment.
